Products made since at least December 5th are not indexing and views are also not updating.

The last one publicly showing in my store is from 12/4/2024 but I have 72 designs so far
(I am continuing to add so the number is subject to change) that have not been indexed as new products in my store.

Engineering was working on it today. I’ll check in again tomorrow.

Thank you it’s catching up now and showing the newest product as from the 9th. There must have been a traffic jam in the system.
Most of mine have indexed, but it skipped one made on December 5th and two made on December 8th. I’m glad to see some have indexed I’m just surprised that it skipped some and doesn’t index in order.

Indexing began moving last night albeit at a glacial pace. However it appears to have stalled again. I have a lot in the queue and nothing new has appeared in hours. Zazzle medics need to break out the paddles to give the system a jolt.

Yesterday I noted that indexing had been moving, but at a glacial pace. Then it just seemed to have stopped. A day later there does not appear to be any more indexing movement in my product queue. The last published date for my products that have been indexed is 12/6. My queue is getting larger every day.

It looks like the last product showing on the public side of things was from 12/2/2024 I took a break and didn’t make anything again until 12/9 but those and the ones made on the 10th-13th are not showing up publicly in my store yet.

I’m seeing products made as recent as December 13th at 2:19am in the marketplace. The products I made on December 5th and 8th that had been skipped have now been indexed. So, it does look like things are progressing. I could be wrong, but I’m guessing there’s a slow indexer (or two, or ten+) and it may just be the luck of the draw as to which indexer our products end up on and how quickly it processes them. Hoping any products still not yet indexed show up soon.

If you all get a chance please look and see in my shops the products have not been coming through since the 2nd of December, I have over 16 pages backed up in the Doodles Gift Shop

Some of mine have been published, but quite a few have been skipped and missed being indexed
