I’ve created some new welcome foam board signs. When adding them to my collection, they are getting put under Acrylic Signs instead of Large Party Signs / Banners. I’ve double checked that it’s on the correct product type (foam boards) and the correct category (Crafts & Party Supplies > Party Supplies > Décor > Party Signs & Banners > Posters & Prints). I’m doing the exact same steps as all my other foam board signs, but these new designs are getting put in the wrong spot in my new collections. Thanks for looking into it!

Did you know that if you click on the slot you are trying to fill it will show you where the product results are drawn from? I’m not sure what event your signs are for, but my wedding collections show these two options:
Matching results from:
Weddings > Décor & Party Supplies > Décor > Wedding Signs > Banners
Weddings > Décor & Party Supplies > Décor > Wedding Signs > Posters & Prints

Hi Baylee, yes. My bridal shower collections show that it’s drawing from Craft & Party supplies, which is how I have them categorized. I have several other bridal shower collections that have no problem. It’s the new one I created last night that is trying to say my foam boards belong in acrylic signs for some weird reason.
Hmmmm…that does sound like a technical issue then. I don’t have any bridal shower collections or I would check to see if it’s happening on mine too…sorry couldn’t be of more help 🤔
