Grid stopped working

I am trying to adjust a grid and constantly get an error message:

Tried to log out and back in: same.
Praying for a single day without tech issues.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @Anne

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this.  I’ve flagged this with the team.  In the meantime, I’ve reached out to you directly to assist by email. Can you confirm if this is the only design you’re experiencing the issue with, if the product type is consistently causing the same issue, or the same actions that you’re trying to take?  As much information as possible would be great in helping us pinpoint the cause of the error message and fix it.

Hi @Beth
Thank you. I sent you an email, but did not receive a reply so far. Wondering if you received it?
The issue is still occurring.

Along with more issues:

On the left what I see in the design editor, on the right the final result.
Of course I also accidently deleted the latest finished product as the order in which products are appearing is completely messed up.
This product is now also hidden (of course)

I can’t work like this. The site is completely infested with bugs.
I hope you can fix this. Thanks for your help.

The courtesy of a reply would be appreciated. Thank you.

I honestly find it very disconcerting to be asked for extra information only to be ignored subsequently.
Anyway, I tried to resolve the binder issue and it seems to be related to one of the frames not working as it should.
I managed to use another frame to avoid the malfunction, although not a solution:

The pillow is still not working. (hidden here:

Thank you for fixing issues.

It’s getting worse:

Trying to rotate a frame on a card.
I can’t even publish it hidden, as there is now yet another issue:

Add image greyed out.
@Beth  can you please actually help out here? Thank you.

Hi @Anne ,

I will email you now!

@Anne   Which browser/os are you using? I’m windows/firefox and just added a frame and rotated without any issues. Could it be an extension/adblocker that’s messing with your design tool maybe?

I often grab the little rotate icon on the frame

and that seems to work nicely (and you do get a little box next to it with the rotation angle eg 90)

Once the design tool errors with “something went wrong” try a hard refresh (f5) though that *may* make a duplicate in your saved designs and possibly won’t save your changes (but it might not)

Thanks so much, @Sara_H  .
You are right, it seems that rotating the frame by manually typing in a value does not work.
Zazzle should really pay you abundantly for doing their job :slightly_smiling_face:

The other issues I don’t know, I keep getting errors, no matter what I do or don’t.
I am on Windows 10 in Chrome, and only use this browser for Zazzle, it has no add blockers, only antivirus safety extension.

@Anne  it could be a chrome thing. If it continues, try downloading firefox as an alternate browser just for zazzling.

I’ve just tried manually entering a value for rotate and it worked as expected (am on firefox/windows 10)

Thanks, @Sara_H
I am using Firefox for other things and it does not work for me to change that. I think Chrome is also a very commonly used browser, so it should also work in Chrome. But indeed, Firefox is by far the best browser. I also have Brave, but encounter too many issues with it to use it a lot.
Fiona says tech is working on it, keeping my fingers crossed.
