Grouping - Last happened 22 Feb 2026

Haven’t had any items automatically grouped since 22nd February.

Just raising this as a concern.

I’ve noticed that my products haven’t ‘grouped’ since February 21 or thereabout.  I always manually group products as I post them, then go back later (about a week later) to check that they are grouped.  I have been manually trying to group them again, but it isn’t working.  

This has worked in the past, no problem.  Is there a new technical issue going on lately with grouping?

I have at least three graduation products that should have been grouped. One for 8 days, one for nine days, and another for 12 days. One of those products I requested that they be grouped. Nothing has been happening. Is there a problem lately with grouping products. Hoping to see this changed soon. Thanks.

My products from Mid-Feb on have not grouped. I believe someone reported this a couple weeks ago as well.

@Fiona  Still no groupings happening for me and others. You reported this on the 10th. Any news?

Groupings again are being very slow. I have products still waiting to be grouped for over a week now.

@Fiona  I have ones from 5/4 (15 days) that haven’t grouped and they were simple font/background color changes.

It was sorted for me when I posted originally but once again it is a problem as other have said.

I have even sent requests to group that have been ignored. I find that really frustrating.

Last grouping for me was 20th of last month.

A question. How is the “main” group design decided. For example in mugs and tattoos black fonts are the most popular so is this taken in to account?

Here is a weird one. I made a set of only color change item variations on 5/18.  Of the 9 items, only one of them is showing the color variants. But it’s clearly grouped, because all 9 are showing on that one item, and yet not a single one of the others shows any of the color options haha.
