Can anyone get other situ views to change?
I have tried and tried and I cannot seem to get another situ view to stay for any of my guest books. They just remain the original views - it is unfortunate there are many to choose from but they are not working.

I don’t seem to have any issues changing a guestbook to one of the newer merchandising views.
Could you send on an example product where this is happening and what view you would like to change it to?
There is nothing to really show - it is just the original situ view - it wont save any changes I try to make? I am using windows 7 professional chrome browser (computer)

Even if you can just send on a PID/link that’s all we need to investigate.
I am still uncertain what you want me to send you a picture of? The original situ views work all the others do not? I still have no idea what i am showing you? You want me to show you a picture of the situ views
He is asking for a few links to your guestbooks that don’t stick with an in-situ you chose.

I am also having the same problem when replacing an image and republishing. I also uploaded one of my own insitus and can’t get any of the views to work at all. I use Firefox as my browser.

Probably related: When creating a new design on the new sizes of guestbook, the in-situ updates while editing, but the editor window remains blank. The original size guestbook edits normally.
I’m on firefox and managed to view all the insitus on the different sizes - your spine is blank on all of them - was that intentional?
Thank you for verifying that! I don’t see it happening on my end here. And yes, the spine on the guest book was intentionally left blank. I checked some of my other guest books I recently made, and some of the views are just now starting to appear correctly. Perhaps it is just taking longer than usual to refresh and update. Thanks again for checking!
