These geustbooks are showing out of stock on the product page set on the old 11” x 8” size. I reset them, some several times, to one of the new sizes some time ago. In “edit details” you can see they are reset to one of the new sizes. Thanks for fixing them soon.

@PAZP If you have added them to a collection when they were the old 11 x 8 size (the now discontinued size) - the collection keeps that size and doesn’t update automatically to the new sizes I’ve found.
If you check your URL’s you see that the discontinued size is there

where as an url in your collection https://www.zazzle.com/happy_retirement_san_francisco_peaks_custom_photo_guest_book-256023485121523706 doesn’t have the guestbook&design.areas=[fuji_guestbook_front,fuji_guestbook_bottom,fuji_guestbook_back] on the end so that will take you to the correct size
Eg - Your Retirement collection https://www.zazzle.com/collections/congratulations_retirement_custom_guest_books-119736846458809242 has some of the old size stored. (hovering over some of them the urls have that =[fuji_guestbook_front,fuji_guestbook_bottom,fuji_guestbook_back]
You would need to remove them from the collection and re-add them with the new 9" x 6" size (or whatever size you want)
But mine are showing discontinued on my back end, even though I had manually changed them all when the sizes were first discontinued. So they did revert.
@Connie I’ve checked my guest books (both foil and non foil) and they are showing in stock and no discontinued tags. Do you have a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your back end?
THANK YOU for the detailed explanation @Sara_H you got me to do some experimenting to get it right. I tried what you recommended but after removing a product from the collection I still was unable to set the book at the new size. I manually removed from the url from the “?” to the right then clicked on the size I wanted, made sure it saved and added it to the collection again. Tedious work-around BUT it’s done. Thanks again.
