I was just publishing an invitation and when I reviewed it after posting it for sale, I noticed the instant download format was not showing as an option. I then looked at top selling invitations on Zazzle and saw the same issue - no format choice to select instant download. Is this a temporary problem?
Hi Susan, I’ve just checked your invitations and the ones I checked do have the instant download option for purchase.
So perhaps it was temporary.
Thank you for checking, Lynn-Marie! I had to restart my Mac to recover that feature. All is well now! Thanks again. Susan
