I see on the 10 lb tissue paper Zazzle box says it is discontinued. but when I click on the 10x14, 14x20, 18x24, 21x29, it does not say discontinued. So, what do we do? Do I have to redo all my tissue paper and choose the sizes not discontinued? Is the tissue paper still a product we can sell I hope, so I really liked the tissue paper.

Luckly I just had one with the 10lb tissue paper I am redoing it to a different one that is not giving me the discontinued warning. If anyone know if this is going to be discontinued on all of the tissue paper, please let me know.
@Deb1 The 10 x 15", 15 x 20" and the 17 x 23" sizes have been discontinued and replaced with the new sizes
It should auto replace with the new sizes but it doesn’t auto replace them in your collections so you’ll have to remove and re add them

Some of my tissue paper designs are showing “Discontinued” in the back end of my shop, but some of the listings auto replaced. Hopefully I don’t have to go redo all the ones that didn’t update.

Thank you I did not know it auto replaces that is good to know. Luckly I only had 1 that size and the rest were 14x20, 18x24 or 21x29. I went ahead and just removed it and redid the post. Thank you.

I thought it was all discontinued! That’s 90 % of my shop. Going to have to adjust a lot of products if they’ve changed the sizes

I will not be happy with over 3400 designs if this has to be done. If they have discontinued the 18lb that will do the decoupage designers in.

Are you saying we are going to have to relist? If this is the case, we lose everything in our stats.

@Rena No - just change the weight in edit details/product merchandising/change options - drop down to 18lb choose your size- hit done

They should be auto updated. All of mine did except for the new ones I made 2 days ago.

I make all my tissue paper on 18 lb, 20" x 30". I checked my collections and they are linking to the updated sizes also.

I will hope that mine do too When I search products for tissue paper only the 10lb weight is shown. Maybe the new 18 will appear soon in the blank product listings.

I don’t understand why the 18 lb isn’t showing up but hopefully it’s just an updating glitch. I’ve been monitoring this issue for the past few days and it’s tiresome.

@Perelandrian I checked one of your collections and they’re still linking out to the 20"x30" size which is one of the sizes that are discontinued

and that’s because when you add it to the collection it picks up the size in the url
I’m not sure whether they are updating products in collections with the new sizes (the largest size now is 21" x 29" - not 20 x 30)

I am so ticked off. I made a post this morning before going to church on one of my decoupage collections and I get home to check FB and a lady was a little rude “Why would you show a collection that is all sold out” So I get to looking and everything is discontinued and you try to go in and edit NOPE NOT WORKING and I have 3400 designs. I am not happy. This is ridiculous.
