Haven’t Received Form 1042-S Despite PayPal Payments and Approved W-8BEN

Hi everyone,

I am an international Zazzle creator, and I have received earnings paid to my PayPal account for several months. However, I have not yet received my Form 1042-S for tax reporting, even though I have submitted my Form W-8BEN and my PayPal payments are processed.

My Zazzle account has a complete and correct mailing address, but I haven’t received any 1042-S form in the mail. I also checked that my W-8BEN has been accepted.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
• When did you receive your 1042-S form?
• Did you have to contact Zazzle support to request a re-issue or PDF copy?
• Any tips on how best to follow up with support?

I just received mine on Saturday, so it’s probably on the way.

International Zazzler as well – from Canada.

I don’t tend to get my 1042-S tax slip until the middle of March, but it’s been getting later now – I have received it during the first week of April.

I’ve never gotten a softcopy via PDF – always had to wait for the mailed hardcopy.

I use a screengrab of my Zazzle payouts to my PayPal account instead, and submit a copy for it comes time to file my taxes.
