Hello! I couldn't upload my embroidery files, What am I doing wrong?

Hello! Today I tried uploading my embroidery files in Zazzle’s allowed formats (.dst and .exp), but nothing worked. I’m not sure if the system isn’t ready yet or if I’m missing some details. Any insight, information, or success stories would be greatly appreciated.

For embroidery product images, Zazzle supports EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPEG file formats. Please ensure your image is 150–300 DPI (PPI), cropped tightly to the design, and uses a transparent background if applicable.

Unfortunately the library has never supported uploading your own embroidery files… I believe you have to have Z convert them and they charge $8/file…

Out of curiosity, how would one find Zazzle’s embroidery fonts?
