Hi Mark,
I chose 3.5x5 flat note card from the blanks (shows vertical). In design tool it would not change to horizontal, however the back showed horizontal in the 2nd Preview. My workaround was to choose a different size showing horizontal from the blanks. Before I went into design tool, I changed the size to 3.5x5 and it worked that way.
I just tested again and the orientation is still not working in design tool. Thanks!
Make sure the orientation is set to horizontal on the reverse side. I’ve just made one (same product 3.5x5 flat note card https://www.zazzle.com/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_flatnotecard) and it’s working as expected

Thank you so much for replying.
When I clicked on the second link you gave me and chose Flat Note Card, I got this.
I changed size to 3.5x5 and back of the card is still vertical. I went into Design Tool and it would not let me change to horizontal. I’ve decided to not make this size with horizontal orientation. 😉
@itsMolly you have to add artwork before you change orientation. I changed my size to 3.5 x 5 and is showing as expected.
Added artwork then changed orientation on the reverse
It won’t show the correct orientation without anything on it

See the SS I showed Mark this morning. I did add design on reverse side. I’ll try later by going through your steps. But if it works for you and others, this is what is important.

putting something on the reverse side before changing orientation must have been my workaround last night. It didn’t work this morning for me because I was testing not designing.
I hope this helps others. Appreciate ALL your time!
