Help My Products are Not Being Added to Mainstream Marketplace

I think my problem is technical, but it also may be due to my trying to create unique titles.

Normally when I search for the product title I can find my product in the mainstream marketplace with other “like” products but lately, I have been finding my product as a singular product on a white blank marketplace page.

There is no way that the customer will find these products.  So I think this could be a glitch in indexing but I am not sure.

Clearly, I need help with getting my products off the white page.

I have several products that are like this …too many to add

I just searched on simpler search terms “damask roses thank you card” and your product shows up with 87 other products.

If i search on “damask floral thank you card, your card shows up with 500+ other cards….

That’s great that the thank you card is now showing up with other products in the main marketplace. Thank you for checking and finding it. The rose invitation is still not found.

I found it by searching on the title.

I found your invitation: “pretty pink roses 50th birthday party invitation” among 48 others with a similar name,… :slightly_smiling_face:

thank you for taking the time to search and find my invitation. So happy it’s with other invitations rather than being alone on a white page.  I wonder if the indexing onto the white page is a glitch.

Thank you for searching for my invitation…so happy it has moved off the white page.  The invitation is over a month old and guess it was just stuck on that white page.  I thought it was really odd that it wasn’t getting views.

Your products aren’t getting ‘stuck on a white page’ by themselves because of an indexing issue or because they are lost and not in the MP.  They appear as a singular result because of the multiple specific search terms you used as evident in your screenshots.

It just means yours is the only product that’s a match for all the terms you entered. The more you specify for search, the fewer results you’ll get.

Normally I search with the tags to find my products but read a moderator’s comment and they said they searched by using the title, so I did as they did. Also when I do check with the title 9 times out of 10 I will find my products along with like products in the mainstream marketplace.

Furthermore, I was trying to create a unique title due to the multiple products created with this design.  I  think uniqueness is the problem and it’s better to stick with the basic titles as I am finding that when I change the titles to “generic” the product is being added to the mainstream marketplace.

The product is being added to the mainstream marketplace regardless of the title. Long and unique titles are absolutely fine and will not stop you from being found in search. When customers do a search they only use a few words. They will never coincidentally happen to use every word you used in the title. But if they use only one or two, your product gets included in the search results.
