This has been driving me batty for some time. I would love to know how to fix it. I hope my explantion makes sense.
One of the templates for adding media shows an invitation, an RSVP card, and an enclosure card.
I have made all three and added them to a collection. Why does the RSVP card not show? (see graphics)
What am I doing wrong?
Which blank did you start from on your RSVP? It could be that that it’s look for a 3.5" x 5" card and your rsvp is a different size perhaps?

yes, I made sure it was 3x5 card
This isn’t the first time this happened. I got it to work one time, but for the life of me, I don’t know what I did.

Here’s another example: same thing, the card is 3x5 and it shows in the collection in the correct place - rsvp card. It’s got me so baffled.
Would love for a Zazzle employee to chime in with some suggestions.
@dmboyce when did you design them? I’ve just checked your store by newest and the Lavender Purple Floral RSVP isn’t there - could be an indexing thing

@dmboyce that could be why - product hasn’t fully indexed - give it a few days then check again
