help with tagging and titling of clothing that has a design on both sides

I’m trying to figure out the best keywords or/and title for clothing that has designs on the front and back. Of course, it seems like the easiest/obvious thing is just to list them “Front and Back”. But any help would be great because there has to be a better way.

Zazzle uses “2 Sided” in the titles when they set up the two-sided Disney ones. (example: https://www.zazzle.com/2_sided_mickey_friends_family_vacation_t_shirt-256739262744678646)

It’s enough to have it in the title. Save the keyword/tags for more relevant design terms.
