Hey Z, are these Out Of Stock items ever coming back?

I’m semi-retired from Z but I do occasionally come back to freshen up those needy optimization products. I’ve come across some product types that have been out of stock for a very long time. Back in the day a moderator would check whomever is responsible for product availability to see if indeed the product type would be coming back. I’m hoping that some communication can be afforded to this inquiry again. 

These product types are just a very few that are OS. I’m wondering if a Mod could help out with this inquiry? Here are some products I’ve found in one of my shops.

  • Floor Mats
  • Throw Blankets
  • Seat Cushions
  • HEART Tote Bags
  • Jelly Belly Tins
  • Shortbread Cookies
  • Mason Jar Glasses
  • Journals

Somebody over here recently mentioned Pacifiers as also being shown as OOS for years.

Seems like there used to be an official “out of stock list” somewhere - like one that Zazzle would update with info on if/when things were coming back. Or maybe I just imagined that. If it does exist, I can’t find it anywhere. Does anybody else remember that or did I just dream it? If it doesn’t exist, it would certainly be a handy tool for keeping everyone in the loop!

I think it’s been suggested several times to add a pinned post on top of the lists with out of stock items. 
Hopefully you can get this solved, Fiona. Thanks. Would surely be a great help to know if things are out of stock and when/if they are expected to be back.
I also just noticed several styles of clocks are now out of stock …

Thanks Fiona. It’s very handy to know if the OOS/OS products will ever come back. Just using the “tell me when it comes back in stock” option is helpful to designers in a limited way.

I updated the list I made to show what I could confirm by searching the forums as being actually Discontinued per a Mod. Other things recently mentioned, I noted what I could find about them and marked what is long-term OOS and presumed Discontinued as such, but not going to mark anything as definitely Discontinued without confirmation by Z.

Gosh @ColsCreations   thanks for this list. So the following are products not coming back thus far.

  • Candy Tins
  • Snowglobes
  • Mason Jars (old style not etched)

Hopefully Fiona can more confirmations.

Here is what I could find out:

  • Floor Mats, car floor mats?  If so, OOS awaiting inventory, and no ETA has been provided.

  • Throw Blankets:  OOS awaiting inventory, and no ETA has been provided.

  • Seat Cushions:  OOS awaiting inventory, and no ETA has been provided.

  • HEART Tote Bags:  discontinued

  • Jelly Belly Tins:  discontinued

  • Shortbread Cookies:  discontinued, only sugar cookies now available

Thanks Fiona this helps a lot.

This should be a reminder that you should never ever have a stores with only one product type in them. You never know when your product will go extinct and your lively hood too.

I had suggested a forum thread on keeping up with all of these changes, although, I wasn’t the first one to suggest it.  If you see that thread, please Kudo it so it keeps us from having to do these searches and multiple threads going.
