My holiday foil card product page is alerting me this morning that they product is discontinued! What’s going on? Are they not available any more? They also have photos with masks, so I’m not sure if that’s the issue…

I wonder if it has something to do with the whole paper type thing. Paper Types Product Offering Updates - Zazzle
My cards are fine, but they do show something weird with the paper type. There was never a paper choice on these cards before, but now it’s showing two choices, both are called “premium white” but one is discontinued?!?
Maybe they’re doing some sort of internal migration that has something to do with the whole paper type shake up?

It was only the ones I made yesterday and I had selected to remove the Zazzle logo before posting for sale. The rest were fine. I transferred the designs and reposted them with the logo on them and now they are fine

Very strange. Glad it’s sorted for the moment!
mine say discontinued, and on the product page, they say sold out. What are we supposed to do now? Transfer them to something else? I’m a tad pissed, as I just spent several days making a bunch of postcards and now they are dead in the water. Would have been nice to be given a heads up. Ugh.

@welshdesigns It’s the paper type that’s been discontinued - change them to the Premium White in the product merchandising (edit details - product merchandising - options)

Thanks! Glad I don’t have to remake them all! BTW how is a person supposed to find this info out? I searched on here and didn’t see anything? Why doesn’t Zazzle move these over themselves, seems like a very bad process to make us move to the new paper, especially when it’s the exact same “Premium Paper” name, and there is only on option. They could have just moved them over automatically.

And eventually that “news” gets pushed to the news section of your store back end
