I made three collections that appeared both to my account profile and my store. But one of them didn’t appear to my store. Could you please tell me how can add this collection to my store as well? Moreover could you please tell me how can add a picture for that category to my store. I didn’t add picture when I created.

Open the collection that is not showing on your store and press edit (top right cog just under header space)
Scroll to the bottom to set the default store - press save.
For the pictures for categories, click through to the category you want a picture on, press edit and you can upload (or change) your category thumbnail then press done.
It may take a while for changes to show in your store due the indexing issues but it will change eventually.
