Since zazzle made the changes to the Royalty History page, I can no longer tell my cleared sales from the others due to no color anymore. Is there a way to get some color back so I can tell the difference?

Mine are still showing the same colors. Since they changed the spacing, fewer items are visible on one page so you have to page further back until you start seeing cleared items…mine are currently showing items cleared up to about the middle of April. Anything newer than that won’t have a color yet.

@Shar-Ken just seeing if you are still encountering an issue with how your Royalty History is displaying. If so can you provide some information please.

Joanna, Yes, my Royalty History is all black and white and cannot tell any difference from pending, cleared or cancelled.
I have already inquired about this in other forums but have gotten no solutions. The colors that used to indicate
Pending, Cleared and Canceled are all the same black and white. Can anyone help me get them back to
the pink, green and white as they used to be. Also the page and print has gotten very large. I am not a
computer geek and am not sure why this has changed. I just know that I want it back to the original format.
Any help appreciated.
Mine aren’t black and white but the colors are very pale now and harder to see. I assume Zazzle updated the interface. Try Edit Filters and selecting the Cancelled option to see if those appear pale red. Pending sales will just look grey or white for the background. You might need to scroll a few pages back to see a cleared sale from 30-45 days ago which should be pale green.
On a Mac computer using Firefox Command - will make the type smaller. If you have a PC, try Control - and see if that helps. Or under the View menu in your browser look for Zoom and zoom out to make type smaller.

Claire, I was so hopeful that following your instructions would make a difference but sadly nothing came of it in my case. I did the edit filters and scrolled backwards for several months and finally found one instance of a canceled design (luckily I do not get many of those) which was faintly pink but no pages showed the green of all the past cleared or even more current cleared items. All three categories are only in black and white. I was hoping (still am) that the moderator Joanna, who inquired about the situation will be able to return with some helpful advice from those that control these things at Zazzle. Anyway, I do appreciate your taking time to make suggestions, so thank you!
