I am being bombarded by emails related to the Show Me posts. Threads that I’ve started, threads that I’ve interacted with… The tap wide open and flowing, and it’s too much.
The more emails that I have to process in my inbox, the less time that I have to spend here–so it’s important that I have a way to shut the tap off. But I can’t seem to figure it out. A little help, please? Thanks!
You’ll need to do a couple of things.
Go to your own icon that you see at the top right of the page - next to the shopping cart and chat - click on that. You’ll get a little pop up menu - choose “my settings” First go to “subscriptions and notifications” in the top menu - you’ll see all of the threads you are subscribed to - under the “options” menu you’ll be able to select and delete them all..
Now that you have a clean slate - prevent yourself from automatically getting more… Go to “Preferences” in the top menu. Uncheck “Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in”
You can also go to “Personal” in the top menu and check “Don’t send me any community emails”, which will eliminate all message board emails including subscriptions.
Top right hand corner. Click avatar > My Settings > Subscriptions and Notifications
There are areas in there where you can set different email options for different things. If you want to just stop all emails you can do that on the first page that loads after going into My Settings (Under Personal)
