How do I upload a video for a zazzle product?

Hi! I’m working on my iPad so I don’t know if this issue is due to this. But I have made a video for a zazzle item that I have designed. I can upload images ok for the cover photos. But when I am in the media manager, and I click to upload images (there is no button to upload videos so I am assuming its the same one), my iPad only sees images and not any videos on my iPad to choose from.

(I tried to upload the video in the overall shop - and that is fine - it works. But I can’t then find that same video and use it in the actual product item.)

Can someone help please? I was wanting to do an experiment to see if the item will become for visible due to having a video.

@Suztango  that feature has been paused for the time being I believe while bugs are being ironed out so you can’t upload a video yet (soon but not yet)

I’ve been going crazy trying to figure this out. I wish I’d known before I made a dozen video as suggested on the Zazzle website. Thanks for your answer.
