How do we now copy/paste when using an iPad? Is there a fix? I don’t see one

I am a iPad user currently at a design standstill because there is no copy/paste button in the new design tool that has been forced down our throats. I see no way to do it. It’s been mentioned as an issue for weeks.  iPad users don’t have the ability to use keyboard shortcuts as has been suggested as a fix in other threads.  We don’t have an ‘alt’ key.   Without a copy/paste button for those of us who use iPads we are effectively crippled.  We are being treated as the red headed step children.  We are forced to sit at the back of the Zazzle bus.  It’s confounding and ridiculous that this important function was omitted for what I suspect is a pretty large group of designers who use tablets only.  😡

Please address this and give us a fix.

Thank you for sharing. I’ll pass this feedback along.

Thanks.

Thanks for linking to this. I used to make really complex templates but now I struggle with basic designs where I previously used copy and paste to get consistent scaling for products like 2-sided throw pillows and coaster sets.

This should be resolved now. Apologies for not having this feature available sooner.

Where is the new copy/paste found?  I don’t see it.  For what it’s worth, I’m using Safari on a recent iPad Pro.

Tap and hold, also known as a long tap.

I now see that it’s working with images.  But I can’t get it to work with text or groupings.  A long tap that would bring up the menu just causes the text to annoyingly move.

I’m going to close this discussion because we’ve resolved the issue. If you have additional feedback please leave it in this new discussion in General: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/good-news-for-all-ipad-and-tablet-users-this-morning/td-p/242271
