How do you get royalty when buying your own products?

I learned the hard way. The only way to earn royalties from your own product is if there are NO changes of any kind made to the product. Not even replacing a sample name as a customer would do. No changes of any kind. At least that’s been my experience.

@Elena_WOWweds  Sure.  I buy my birthday cards every month for my coworkers. 

For me, I also want to earn the referral… so I build my referral link and bookmark it.  Then I close everything down, clear my cookies and then come to Zazzle via the link I bookmarked.  I personalize one card and then add to cart.  I then use the bookmarked link again, opening it in a new tab, personalize and add to cart…etc.  Once I have everything added to my cart and apply coupon codes etc, then I go through the checkout process.  When I’m prompted to sign in, I do and complete my transaction.  I have always received both my royalty and referral earnings.

Thanks so much for the tip! I opened a link to my product in another browser, made an order, and signed in at the checkout stage. And I got my 35% referral earnings, which is great (I’m in the Promoter program), but no royalty so far. But only a couple of minutes have passed, perhaps they will also be credited, but later 🤔
