I coincidentally just became a Pro Basic yesterday. It took me from November 11th to July 8th. I’m a slow creator too, I have managed to have posted 298 items as of today. Unfortunately I just realized yesterday that I have to switch out a seo tag for the AI indicator so I have started last night to switch out my last tag to remedy this matter but it will take me some time to go through my whole list. Thanks heaven I have less than 300 to do and not thousands.

I am using AI in many respects. English isn’t my native language so I use ChatGPT for my descriptions. I use Kittl’s background remover because it’s so much faster than doing it by hand. I also use upscale programs to enhance my photos because I don’t owe a good camera, I take my photos with an iPhone. Still I have sold lots of my photos on a now defunct site from San Francisco (purchased by Envato and then killed off - I’m positive lots of our photos have been used to train some AI models).

I can honestly say that I put a lot of effort into Zazzle. I like Zazzle and even though lots of people complain here because it’s sometimes glitchy I can tell you that eBay and Etsy is glitchy too but they also milk you a lot money wise. I have been an eBay seller with thousands of 100% positive feedback and I don’t miss it a bit. I still have my accounts because sometimes (rarely) I might purchase something on those platforms.

Before November ‘23 I had not once visited Zazzle but I really, really like it. Time will show how many years it will take me to become Bronze, lol.

It’s not looking to grim either, today I have sold the same business card listing again. Business cards are 40% off today - if they still are tomorrow I’ll buy some for my self. :hugs:

I’m about to release a revised beginners guide to Zazzle which will be free and I hope provide access to everything you need to get started on the right foot. It saves a lot of time doing things the right way from the starter gate. I made a ton of mistakes on my way up and if I’m in a hurry I still do. But there are definitely ways to make things easier  and move ahead faster. Wishing you luck!

How do you actually get the pro badge on your profile? I don’t have one and I’ve been selling since 03/14/24 and as of today I’ve made $350 total in royalties.

Here are my milestones:

  • $100 by June 5
  • $200 by June 21
  • $300 by July 6th
  • $350 by July 12th

I didn’t really start doing it seriously until end of April.

@MyDigiDesigns  I believe Zazzle goes with when the earned funds reach enough time to be able to get paid out? Kinda? I mean it first shows as pending (for maybe 30 days?) but then the funds change to be able to be withdrawn. I changed the default settings from $100 to $50 to see if it actually ends up in PayPal. It did (something like $88). I will change it back to $100 (or more) when I’ll get around it. I just wanted to make sure that everything was fine with the pay out end of things.

Congratulations on doing Zazzle full speed - very impressive!! :raising_hands:t4:

The earned royalties have to be US sales, so anything not US sales is discounted in regards to PRO Badge. Meanwhile they can take a while re this. And very well done with this early success.

Wow! Your sales are quite impressive. I’m sure you’ll soon get your pro badge once the payments are cleared. Congratulations in advance :partying_face::partying_face:
