So, I created this card on Wednesday:
https://www.zazzle.com/simple_watercolor_pine_trees_photo_on_back_holiday_card-256654500144184257
It has a full frame photo on the back, so I wanted to turn off the attribution so it wouldn’t cover up part of the customer’s photo - but I forgot to make the product merchandising change as I was posting it. So I made the change using “Edit Details” immediately after I published the design - literally 30 seconds later. That was three days ago and it’s still displaying the QR code on top of the photo. I know the site has indexed since then because products I created yesterday are visible in the marketplace. When I open the product details it shows the remove attribution box checked, but on the product page it’s still un-checked. I’m not sure if there’s just a big delay, or if there’s a glitch or problem.
I’m concerned because this card already has 2 orders, and I don’t want the customers to be unhappy if they didn’t understand that the QR code will print on top of their photo. When I open the links for those orders in the Royalty History report, it shows the card with the QR code visible. Does that mean that the customers are going to have the QR code printed on top of their photos, or does that link not display that customer choice? Just trying to avoid returns and unhappy customers.
