I know the content management team is slammed, but I’m wondering how long I should expect it to take for products to be approved. I’ve got a customer who’s been waiting for over a week for some requested backgrounds, and I want to know what I should tell her. Thanks!
I have a customer waiting for embossers that have been sitting waiting to be reviewed for over a week now too.
This trick doesn’t work for backgrounds since they’re not a stand alone product, but it might work for emobssers (I’ve never designed them so I don’t know - it works for hand sanitizers.)
Open the design that’s waiting for approval (either using the duplicate this design feature, or by finding it in your saved designs.) Copy everything from the design, then open an embosser that’s already been approved - delete everything from that design and paste the new one in place. Then send the customer a share link.
It’s imperfect because the sale will get credited to the wrong design, but it’s better than losing a sale because the customer got tired of waiting!

Oh I use in progress links all the time. But she keeps getting an error if I send her the link. They are not working.
