Now i wanted to download my own artwork file in original Size and i cant find any options to to that.

Please Guide me how to download my original artwork file back to my computer.

To download your original artwork file on Zazzle, follow these steps:

  1. Open your product page.
  2. Look for the “Listing Tools” section.
  3. You will find a “Downloads” button within the Listing Tools.
  4. Click on the “Downloads” button.
  5. You will be presented with the option to download your original artwork file as well as any mockup files.

Simply click on the relevant download option to save your original artwork file to your device.

Hi,

Thanks for the Suggestion. But the PNG which is getting downloaded form product page is not my “actual artwork file”.

The file i uploaded to the platform is a very High Resolution file with which is very big in size.

But every product page is giving me very less size and resolution PNG. Its totally different from what i actually uploaded to the Zazzle platform.

“NOT MY ACTUAL FILE”

Thanks.

Did you check your trash folder?

Hi.

Thanks for the reply.

yep.. checked all folders.. original file completely wiped of from computer.

Hi Sara,

Thanks for the replay.

But this doesn`t  work anymore. As i cant see any “Digital” option in the side panel to download with sizes.

Thanks.

@trendparrot   You’re in the wrong screen -  Be in your store - look down the left hand side for the Create tab

Click create - then backgrounds - view all - digital - select size - find your artwork, place in design tool - download

Hi!

I’m struggling with the same issue but thanks to a computer going kaput and not saving etc etc…

Thanks for all the suggestions which i have tried to follow but without success. I’m clearly missing something here.  My first hard-of-thinking stumbling point on my part is this. When I click on “create”, what should I be creating?

I probably can’t see it for looking it at it but any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

I Recently got the solution for this problem, in this Same thread by one of our community  member.

Please Follow these below steps :

Be your “Store Dash board”

Click CREATE on side panel - then in BACKGROUNDS Section - Click VIEW ALL  to expand menu-

Now Select DIGITAL - in this you can change / select size of the artwork ( Check Right hand side Top Corne r)  -

Then goto My Files and select your Artwork you want to download -

Then select Digital again - Download Button ( Top Right Corner).

Check images below

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

I’m falling down at the “Backgrounds” area.  Either I don’t have one or I can’t find it! 😂

I’ll keep on trying!

its right there.. be on your main Store page

examplehttps://www.zazzle.com/store/CWAclothing

Click on CREATE - a side panel will pop out with all segments like, Blank Products, Illustration, Backgrounds, so on..

Got it!

Thank you for your patience! 😂. I could not for the life of me work this out!

HUZZAH!! Thanks to all who contributed to this. Got it!!!

Thanks for all this information, it’s been really helpful with some lost images!  I’m not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to retrieve an original PDF (vector) file without it converting to a PNG?

I am not seeing that option in my store(s). what step am I missing?

this is an older post so i don’t know if solution is the same. When I sign into my shop, I don’t see anywhere that says “create” with a Paint brush.  I don’t even see a side panel.  The only reference I see to create treats me as a customer.

@SovereignSue   Everything has changed since this was posted (2023) - those icons have been removed from our stores.

if you go to zazzle.com/create then scroll down and pick any of the create templates

that will open the create tool where you can follow the directions below to download your artwork
