How to download my original image pdf file

I recently lost some image files due to a computer malfunction 🙄 . Is there a way to retrieve an original PDF (vector) file from my Zazzle images?

I’ve tried the way described in the discussion ‘how to download my original artwork file’, but my PDF is converted to a PNG:

No, you can not retrieve your original file.  The method in that post is just the next best option.

Thanks for letting me know, I thought that might be the case. Well, at least I can retrieve a high-res PNG, so all is not lost :relieved_face: !

It’s due to you to decide. But, if your design is on a product opted for instant download, you can buy it on Zazzle, you can download it as an editable PDF, and you will find vector graphics as you created them. I tested it while instant download option started.

Thanks for letting me know about that. I didn’t realize that instant downloads included the original pdf file that a customer could extract. It says in the guidelines that “Customers can edit your template and download a high-resolution, flattened file (in .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF)”. I thought that would be a high-res rasterized file. So were you able to get a copy of your original vector file? Wow, I wonder if that’s changed since you tried it. It’s worrying that the original vector can be accessed in this way!

how do you retrieve a high res png. I too am having a problem with some of my original files and would like to download the pngs just to have my work backed up somewhere else.
