It’s due to you to decide. But, if your design is on a product opted for instant download, you can buy it on Zazzle, you can download it as an editable PDF, and you will find vector graphics as you created them. I tested it while instant download option started.
Thanks for letting me know about that. I didn’t realize that instant downloads included the original pdf file that a customer could extract. It says in the guidelines that “Customers can edit your template and download a high-resolution, flattened file (in .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF)”. I thought that would be a high-res rasterized file. So were you able to get a copy of your original vector file? Wow, I wonder if that’s changed since you tried it. It’s worrying that the original vector can be accessed in this way!
how do you retrieve a high res png. I too am having a problem with some of my original files and would like to download the pngs just to have my work backed up somewhere else.
