How to find my products that need to be optimized?

I noticed that a few days ago there was change made in how to find products that need to optimized. It used to be easy to find the products, even though I had to go through several pages to locate the products that either are discontinued, or needed to be made public again.

Now when I try to find the products that popped up under my notices (next to my avatar), that may need to be optimized, when I click on that product in the notice, it opens to a page that is different. The page (pages) have all my posted products, but I don’t know how to locate the ones that need to be optimized. 

Does anyone know how to locate your products that may need to be optimized?  When I checked under the help page, the advice is to type in “hidden” on the product page. When I type that, an error message pops up, stating that "No results for “hidden”.

It’s really easy in your stores backend @bellapicobella . On your product management pages, above the product thumbnails just click anywhere on the heading that says something like 'Statistics: 3 selected /Product Visibility: All/ Instant Download Settings: Any. 

Then choose ‘Optimization needed’ under Product Visibility. You don’t have to do one product at a time, you can select them all and bulk edit to update them.
