The title says it all- I can’t figure out how to get keychains and matchboxes to show up as wedding favors in my collections! Help please!

Well, you’re one step ahead of me because my cross sell wedding collections don’t seem to have a section for wedding favors.

I don’t know about keychains but I know matches are not showing up in the correct ‘Wedding Matches’ slot because the results are being pulled from ‘Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Packaging > Wedding Matches’ when the correct MP department is: ‘Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Favors > Wedding Matches’. This will have to corrected by Zazzle before it will work right.

Thanks I am tearing my hair out and burning my brain 
trying to work out why I can’t shift my matches in to the slot… Thanks for confirming I am not completely mad! I guess you really should never play with matches

Edited: Nope! I thought for sure I saw favors there earlier, because I was trying to add the keychains into it, but it didn’t pick it up. Now it’s not there any more! I think I’m hallucinating! 
It’s at the bottom under all the products, where they have the tab to add more recommended products.

Ah, that explains it! And there isn’t even a keychain category at all under Weddings> Gifts & Favors> Favors. So that’s why it won’t pick up keychains.

Well it’s possible that it was there before and now it’s not. Apparently the envelopes section disappears if you have a menu in your collection, so maybe it’s something like that.

Oh, that’s probably it! I know I saw the little box for favors, and clicked on it to find my keychains, only it wouldn’t find any keychains to put in it. I forgot to look at what categories they were pulling from.
