How to see Direct Only Products in my Store on the App?

I have some products set to “direct only” but I’m not able to see them on my phone through the app? Is there a trick to using the app? (I’m not an app person at all).

I can see the products if I just use chrome on my phone, but I should be able to do this on the app too, right?

Hey @MasterpieceCafe ,

Sorry to hear about this issue.

Is the option to filter to direct only missing on the app or are you opening a direct only product link on the app and it does not work?

Thank you.

I’m just trying to scroll to a direct product that I created. I can find it if I use my browser on my phone, but not in the app.

Full disclosure, I’m not an app person, but I’m trying! I’m sure it’s something I’m doing wrong.

I know I’m doing it all wrong. The only way I can find my store is to search my store name. When I get to my store only 4 categories are visible, I did find a filter to sort by office products. I clicked “done” but That doesn’t seem to work for me, the products don’t change.

I’m sure this app makes sense to app people … I just don’t get it.

Hey @MasterpieceCafe ,

Thanks for your reply.

Would you be able to share some screenshots of the error?

Thanks.

IDK that there is an actual error, I’m just not able to navigate the app properly. It’s not intuitive for me. I suspect the app is designed for younger people (I’m 57) and although I consider myself moderately tech savvy, I’m just not an app person. I really don’t understand the Zazzle app at all, I’ll just stick to using Chrome on my phone if I really need to.

I appreciate you trying to help, but I think I’m just going to resign myself to not using the app. Thanks!

Are you using the Android app or the Iphone version? It is my understanding that they are quite different and that the ios version actually lets you see your sales, a feature removed from the Android version years ago so I uninstalled it and never looked back. But I had time to kill waiting at an appointment yesterday so installed it to see what it’s like these days.

Right off the bat I got this

I poked around a bit and they’re not lying, it’s def designed to be a shopping app for customers, not useful at all for Creators. There’s no way to even go to your store nevermind going behind the scenes for back-end stuff. So it’s not you; there is no option to filter to just direct-only as there is no back-end access from the app. I un-installed it after poking around.
