Hi all, could some of you please help me to switch of the country which is displaying under my store name. It works extremely confusing for people.
Ordering from the US thinking the product is coming from Switzerland, where I live! I had already several questions about this. And I can’t toggle it off. Only I can choose another country? Please help!!
Click the Settings Tab on your store. At the bottom of the information you can change the country there.
Thanks, but there is not an option to keep it blank, I only can choose a country!
Interesting. I thought at the very end of the list you could select a blank slot. I just scrolled to the bottom and see that’s not true. I learned something new.
I added the solution over in your Technical Issues post but in case you miss it. Just below where you were scrolling the countries, remove the check in the box showing _ Display on profile. _
I tested it and it worked. I added a screen shot for you.
I don’t have this option - it will always show the country
