I Am Blocked out Because of the Robot Saying Something Doesn’t Look Right – I can’t make it go away; I’ve just submitted a report. What can be done to get me back into Firefox to continue? All help will be appreciated – this is really a waste of time and emotional energy to say the least. What signals is it set up to look for that we would be asked this ridiculous question and blocked for doing work for the site?
Everyone else is blocked out too. I hope the site wasn’t hacked.

I switched from Firefox to Chrome, and it’s working for the moment. But this is getting to be absolutely ridiculous- there is NO REASON why they can’t “Whitelist” established designers. If we are logged into our account, we obviously didn’t suddenly turn into a robot in disguise!
Oh, and make sure you submit the bug report on that screen. I’ve done it twice already. Maybe if they get swamped with enough false-positive reports, they’ll reconsider.

I was blocked on my iPhone while connected to Zazzle on the Safari browser earlier this morning.
I submitted a report and can now access my Zazzle account on my phone again (took about 35-40 minutes for access to be restored).
However, I was and have been able to use Zazzle on Microsoft Edge on my Windows 11 laptop during the time that I was locked out of my account on my iPhone.
Yes, around midday today I also couldn’t access any of the Zazzle pages, I got the same error message. This isn’t the first time, but today I was online from here with exactly one MacBook and a single browser window, so I really don’t understand it at all. Compared to that, on other days at least I was online with two or three devices in parallel – that I could still have understood. Are so many creators now using bots and AI assistants, or what exactly is Zazzle trying to tell us with this?
