I am having troule transfering my designs from one product to another

I am unable to transfer my design to other products I want to sell.

It show the product as blank without the design transfer.

Help please

What are you trying to transfer from and to? Certain products, due to the print processes being incompatible do not work with transfers. 
Off of the top of my head - custom cut stickers and certain backpacks are not able to be transferred to or from. There may be others.

Can not transfer to anything. The transfer product link under each item in the backend of store takes you to the regular create a product page. https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts?tdid=88268b32-4ca1-468a-b718-a96c4f4890ac   This has been going on for days and it seems that the only problem is the link takes you to the wrong page.
