What device are you using? I’m on Firefox and do not have this problem (Desktop/Laptop)
I am on my laptop. On my phone Firefox lets me use Zazzle but my laptop just keeps saying try again when I hold the annoying not a robot button down ![]()
@Angelandspot
log out of z, clear your browser history, clear your cache, close your browser.If you want to go radical, shut down and restart your laptop. Then open your browser, log in to z. Hope that resolves it for you.
Thing is, @idraw , once the stupid thing comes up and REFUSES to do anything when you press and hold for minutes, YOU CAN’T LOG OUT it won’t let you access Z at all for some period of time. I appreciate the security, but this is a pain in the ass. I can work in my store for 10-minutes or so, then boom it comes up. I press and hold until my finger hurts and it NEVER works. I have to close the windows and come back later. NOT EFFICIENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT. There has to be a better solution.
Try this: close your browser, then reopen the browser, delete the (in FireFox it’s) cookies and site data, there you should be able to delete the _ Zazzle dot com cookies _. Also delete your _ browser history _. Theoretically closing your browser should do those things, but you may have your browser prefs set differently. By doing those two things you should be able to start fresh by logging in to Z. You will probably get the robot, but hopefully you won’t get the press and hold.
