I can’t add new picture to my Community profile here

I can’t add new picture to my Community profile here. Is there should be a certain size of my picture? It’s uploads to 100% and then when I click save says upload fail. Please let me know what can I do about this. Thank you.

Not sure if I understand the problem. But, have you seen you have to expand the way you see your profile?

just a question, you want to change it with your profile image like in your “personal” view, with the own human pictures?
Would try to make it smaller, or fixed 1500 px

@Veselka_store It could be a size issue of the image you are trying to add to your profile- perhaps make it smaller?

I would try to go on a pc / laptop, resize the image you want into a smaller version, or something more common here like the mockups. And try again.

In my country the app is not working at all, and doing something mobile never works.

@Sara_H I decreased the size to 500 px still didn’t go through. Do you know what size by any chance?

@Veselka_store no idea I’m afraid - when I right click and view profile image the size is only 48 x 48 lol - you could try 288 x 288 and see if that works? (don’t forget to press save changes after you upload)

It’s weekend and a federal holiday on monday I believe - so if there is a problem - it’ll be Tuesday at the earliest when you may get an answer.

Update. I decreased it to 48 px but it didn’t work. I give up.

i have exactly the same problem, i tried to resize picture few times, tried another pictures, but nothing help. AI told me, that there is may be some temporary zazzle restriction for uploading media if one is new (i am about 1 week here). I dont know if thats true or not.

@CaldraArt May be it’s a temporary glitch on Zazzle. Sorry to hear that.

As @CaldraArt mentioned, it is possible that this function is not on, if no one is here. This Monday is Labor Day, so, free time for all employees.
If a Friday or a Monday is free, the most people use this days for a longer break or a short journey. We can’t expect that Zazzle ist working full staff 24 / 365. Just wait, it will work.
