I cannot figure out how to sort products in a collection

I have looked at the Z guide on how to sort products in a collection and it states there is ‘a filter to the right of the Add products’ button. I do not see that on my computer in my edit page of a collection. I have many products in the collection and dragging and dropping a product is tedious. I want to sort them by newest to oldest, but cannot figure out how to do it. Does anyone have a solution?

that filter only appears if it’s a cross sell type of collection

if your collection is another type - it’s not there

The only way to arrange (even with that filter) is to drag and drop - there’s no option to sort by newest to oldest
