I can't find a way to move my layers in the new design tool

I can’t find a way to change my layers in the new design tool.  it won’t let me drag and drop

On the layers tab, you have to click and drag on the gray bar on the left side of each layer.

That was the first thing I came across when just briefly checking this new “design tool” out. Reported (a few weeks back), but Zazzle chose to ignore it. How are people to know you need to drag a layer by holding a very tiny almost invisible bar? (it is my understanding that customers also are supposed to struggle with this “design tool”).

Thanks.   I kept trying and found it by mistake but really appreciate your reaching out to help.   As for not working on iPad we don’t even have the Zazzle app in Australia yet.   Thanks so much

What little gray bars? I am trying to move an image behind some text. I can copy the text but the image behind the text is just staying there. I can not even delete it. Where are these tabs?  Where is the opt out?

Are you sure ? It’s one of the only features working on mine.
