Are you on mac or windows?
Do you have an adblocker on your browser? 9 times out of 10 that messes with how stuff works. Try switching it off and see
Try changing browser from chrome to firefox maybe
@Sara_H It’s Windows, Chrome, and I didn’t change anything yesterday, and it was working perfectly.

Yes, the first thing I did was delete cookies. Then, following your advice, I disabled the ad blocker and restarted. I also checked my antivirus, but nothing changes. It seems like it doesn’t recognize me, which is why it welcomes me.
