I had 8690 products on 2/4/23 and then on 2/5/23, I had 8120 products. On Wednesday 2/7/23, I edited the tags and descriptions on all my products and the product count went up to 8323. I have no way of knowing which products are missing, but I do know that they were not all new products, because in the last 2 weeks, I have not added or deleted a large amount of products in this shop, https://www.zazzle.com/store/homegoods

I’m having the same issue. I had more than just current products that disappeared in this recent issue. I’m still missing 23 products over 4 stores. There is no way to figure out what is missing.

I originally lost over 2k products over all of my stores, a mix of old and new. I’m still missing a total of 23 over 4 stores.

Yes, they are still missing. I’ve been trying to go through each category and figure out which ones are missing, with no luck. At this point, I assume they are gone forever. I just hope the ones missing didn’t have sales. Zazzle customer support told me it’s an indexing issue, which in my case is not true, because they were older products.

I’m losing hope as well, this isn’t an indexing issue. Like you I have no way of knowing if I lost good sellers or products that have never sold.

Is this still being looked into? I’m still missing products in 4 stores. I have no way of knowing which products they are so I can’t even recreate them. I don’t know if they were great sellers or duds.

In my collections only one product showing, showing in media, only one product in my store. This has been going on for a long time. Another collection that was missing did come back today! Do I just keep waiting?

I found one!
This poster is missing from my backend, but it is in a collection so I was able to find it. If I edit this product it will likely become visible, but I wanted to post it here before I do that so maybe the tech team can see what the issue is and hopefully find the rest of my missing products.
