I submitted my W-8 BEN form on February 16th. I received an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt of my email and informing me that it would take 2-4 weeks for review and reply. However, I have yet to receive any response from the review team. Could you please advise on the expected duration for the review process?

I contacted the customer service again today, this review team got a huge problem. some of them are confuse or incompetent, they must be looking at the wrong information on their computer. imagine one them told me that I don’t have my zip code written in my payment settings. while the entire customer service can clearly see I have a zip code written there for ages…
That review team must be blind or drunk. somebody has to check their computer system.
there must me a direct chat system with the review team. imagine waiting for several weeks just to get a reply.
Zazzle should really automate this process.
