I set my Royalty to 5% universally and it jumped all by itself back up to 9.9

Couple of days I go I set my default royalty to 5% and went to check it again today and it was back up at 9.9%

Royalty changes only take hold once a month, like I think its on the 20th. Check again after then to see if they’ve changed? Idk otherwise.

Having checked our records I can’t find any request to set your default royalty to 5%. Sorry about that.

Can you please try again and I will be happy to check if it enters the system?
