Just deleted a design which needed some corrections. Immediately after that I went to “my stores” where usually it shows 2 stores but only one (my secondary store) is showing. Since this happened right after I deleted the design, I am wondering if I clicked something else. If this has occurred, is there a way to get my store back? It is 15 years of my life!
I see 2 stores - whatawonderfulworld and KDSphotography. Was going to ask if you might have unpinned one of your stores, but if it was unpinned, I would not be able to see it. When you are viewing your stores, there is a drop down box above your stores that allows you to select pinned, unpinned, or all stores.

DancingPelican, thanks so much for quickly replying. When I log out and do a search for my store, it does come up but when I click on the dropdown list where “my stores” are among things listed, it takes me to where both my stores used to appear but now just the secondary store. I think you are on the right track because this is where it has you pin your stores but I do not see any place on that page to be able to pin back my store. What page do I find that drop down list that will show my store to click on so I can pin it?
I also see both stores.

DancingPelican, I FOUND IT! Never had this happened before where my store disappeared so I was in a panic. So thankful for all the helpful people/fellow zazzlers who always are willing to jump in and lend a hand. Thank you!

This has happened to me a couple of times but after going in and out of zazzle or refreshing the page it comes back. I am so glad its not gone 😉
