Hello,
I have mouse pads with an image template as part of the design. They look fine, but when I move my mouse over them the image shrinks. I have attached a photo to show what I mean. Please take a look at this.
Thanks.

Not just mousepads. Also mugs, phone cases, plaques, laptop sleeves. All random. Coming across these as I’m optimizing hidden products. Hope it’s a glitch that corrects itself soon.
I have asked this before and it was never responded to - in 2024. So have other artists in similar posts. This is happening again as I am beginning my promos for the holidays. It’s happening on mugs as well as invites. It must be all over the products – I really cannot repost this many goods. Please, please have this tech glitch repaired asap.

On some items the images used as part of the editable design (the customer will replace the existing image with their own photo) do not show up. The photo/image does show up correctly in edit mode only, but not in the store. In the products list it shows up cropped, in one corner only. So far I see 3 products affected, all old designs. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
I just posted about the same issue. Yes, I see it on 3 items in my store so far
mcmxmas, so many of my designs on postcards (have not checked other products–I am afraid to!!!). are also as you describe in your post above. I have tried to get someone at zazzle to help but to no avail so far. And it is maddening because on the management pages , all seems to be well, but it is on the public store front where potential customers go to view our products–not good! Please somebody fix this issue. If you want to sell products then they should be presented in the best light. We designers do OUR best, so please , on your end zazzle, rectify this mess. We thank you in advance for doing so.
I’ve noticed that on shower curtains
It’s happening on a LOT of mine - too many to count. And I can’t tell with the ones that have cover photos.
Yep, same thing here. Please fix.
Happening on various products of mine, rather randomly. As in 5 photo plaques created the same day, 2 will be messed up.
It’s happening to various items of mine now too in different categories (but not to all items of same type). Can see this by scrolling through items via backend or public view, such as, wooden golf tees, acrylic invites, games, yard signs, etc.
Why is this happening? Please fix.
Hi, sorry for the delay here. This looks to be rectified. Please reply if you are still seeing this issue.
I will let the team know, thanks!
I will move this thread. Please try keeping all posts regarding the same issue in one thread. Thanks!
When I posted here a few days ago I thought my problem was only with the postcards. After reading that some fellow zazzlers were having the problem with other products, I started looking at my other products and to my huge dismay, there are so many in just about all categories in both of my stores that I was ready to notify Zazzle to just shut down my store. I have spent hours over many years doing these designs and now they need to be either corrected by zazzle SOON or I would have to do it one by one which means I would be spending time re-doing designs that, through no fault of my own, got all messed up. It would be taking away time from doing new designs or needed “store-keeping chores”,etc. --right at the approaching holidays. I do not think I have it in me to re-do, re-post all of those messed up designs. It feels like, I suppose, a bricks and mortar art store owner might feel upon discovering that they had been vandalized overnight. It would be (is) demoralizing. It would be even worse if the store owner was an artist and selling their own work–all the days spent creating the art only to have it now damaged and unable to be sold, resulting in a loss of income. While perhaps this example is a bit dramatic, I think some of us might be feeling similarly with what is going on with our own zazzle stores currently. Hopefully, those of us experiencing this problem will soon be able to see our designs restored to their original state. We entrust our work/designs to the Zazzle team. We do not expect our work to be “damaged”. And I do not think we designers should have to spend hours re-doing what WE never messed up. Please zazzle, fix this problem.
No, this morning (9/9) views are still messed up.
This seems like a server memory problem to me. Maybe it’s time to optimize the server. And it’s also a good idea to delete useless products - like all those black products and others like them, plus their spamming accounts, that are taking up space on the servers.
I just checked and it is still happening.
Still have issue.
