How come I can make a pillow with some images but a small wedding invitation it errors me out that it’s too pixelated. It doesn’t make sense. I am trying to make wedding envelopes but am finding that my image can’t be tiny enough in order to fit on the envelope without a yellow exclamation mark error. I made wedding invitations fine with these images. I even tried to go into photo editing software and make the image larger, but it’s still not working.

Is there a list of products and image sizes in pixels that would fill the product? That would be super helpful.

Also I think there is something wrong with the wedding envelopes where it won’t register the image at any size either on the front or inside the envelope without a yellow exclamation mark.

Oh I just realized its not giving me an error message because of the size, it’s because it thinks the picture might get cut off. This is very confusing. It would be better if they used a different color exclamation point so we don’t spend hours trying to resize. Thanks.

That’s a different error that you are getting- it’s a warning that the image goes outside the safe area. Zazzle said we can ignore that, but for envelopes, it shows to the customer. I haven’t gotten any envelope sales since they implemented that.
