I’m trying to upload a QR Code URL to my business card, and it keeps erroring out. I’ve tried uploading png files and svg files, with pixel sizes ranging from 3,000 to 513 pixels, and still can’t upload. Please advise.

I am having problems uploading images too. I have tried many different sizes and types including png and pdf.

I think image uploading is broken at this time. About three hours ago I could not get anything to upload.

I too am unable to upload images. PNG, JPG and small files. I’ve tried Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Safari browsers. All are up to date.
Mind you I haven’t been able to upload larger files 5MB+ (particularly PNG/TIFF files) for some months, having tried all of the above. I have no idea how any other creators manage to upload PNG files greater than 8000px x 10,000px?? And no it shouldn’t matter what type of PNG is used.
I have tried uploading larger files - in some cases up to 8 MB in all file types - in other POD sites with no problem at all so the issue seems to be with Zazzle. I’ve been in contact with C Service over the months but as the issue can’t be replicated by them, no solution is offered.

That’s a very limiting problem. Some of the public domain images in my store are 200+MB 10,000-30,000 pixels. It’s unacceptable to not have any suggestions for Zazzle. Even if the issues are on their end or or the creators end. Some of us are going all in on this site.
