Images look fine on product page, but are rotated in design tool

I keep encountering a strange bug on certain products where the images look fine on the product page, but when I enter the design tool they’re all rotated wrong.

Here’s an example: White Roses Love & Thanks Wedding Photo & Note Thank You Card | Zazzle

On the product preview page the images look fine:

But when I enter the design tool the images on the bottom right are all backwards:

I think it may have something to do with the fact that the images are grouped, and to place the images I copied and flipped the group from the upper left corner. 

I can’t tell if this is something unique to my account - like if it’s got a wonky version stored temporarily or something, or if other people will see it too. Also concerned about how it will print. I’ve noticed similar things on other designs, but I can’t find any at the moment - will post urls if/when I find them.

If someone could look into this for me I’d be grateful. Thanks!

I’m seeing it flipped within the design tool too

could it have something to do with the flip that you did?

Perhaps it’s getting confused with flips within the group then the group flipped?

You do know you’ve got a hidden group aswell?

edited to add - it could be that layers have been rearranged somehow and you’re just missing a flower ontop of a leaf? It was reported on another product https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/graphics-dissapeared-from-the-already-sold-products/m-p/184828

@Sara_H  Yeah… just realized that about the hidden group. Gah! The perils of working from an existing design! Maybe I’ll just start over. But in any case I’ll leave this one until Zazzle can look at it and figure out what’s up!

Anyhow, thanks for confirming that it’s wonky on your end too.
