I’ve just checked through your links and the results are really random. They’re all missing images. Sometimes I can see a cover image with one Zazzle image, for others only a Zazzle image. Some Images vanish when I select a different option, or the image doesn’t show in the enlarged view!

Update. I noticed that all of the products that were not displaying correctly were ones for which I had not yet created a cover image. So I tried creating a cover for one of them and while it doesn’t fix the missing previews and thumbnails, the cover does at least show up. So it’s not a fix, but it’s a temporary work-around for anybody who’s concerned about a particular product. It will be hard to track down & make covers for everything that’s messed up though.
BUT (pretty big but), if you try to customize it using the new design tool, you can only see your work on the design page, but on the options and review pages the image is blank:

And… if you try to customize one of these images even with the old personalization form, the image disappears once you click on the personalize button:

It’s really odd that this only happens with certain designs, and not all of them, so it doesn’t seem related to the product type itself. Is it only affecting products included in collections? Could it be something in the Collection settings, for example the RealViews feature or something? Just a thought 🤔

I don’t think so because all of my products are in collections and this is happening randomly across products in dozens of collections. Not sure if this bug is at all related to the new design tool or what, but it seems to be spreading as every day I’m seeing more and more products that are invisible.

I have product images missing that have cover images.
@Wolfegrl1 Can you post a link or two?
Did your products have the cover image before the regular Zazzle mockups went missing or did you add the covers afterwards? I’m literally seeing this bug on thousands of my products, but I’m so far only noticing in on ones that didn’t have a cover. Now I’m worried that there may be even more that I haven’t found yet because you wouldn’t notice it until you actually clicked on the product.
I’ve done some testing, and it seems like the issue is somehow related to images that use filters. In some other post it was mentioned that the greenleaf and 1974 filters had disappeared and that anything that used those filters had missing images, but it seems like the problem goes beyond those two filters.

The published product has no preview images, and you can’t even see the images inside of the design tool. However, if you remove the filters from the images, they reappear in the design tool and the previews come back.
