Are images showing up for you all when you click on a product? Mine are blank right now.
@epicdesigns it helps the Tech Team if you can link to a product that is having issues so they can investigate

Thank you, it may have just been an issue with my internet. They are loading now.

actually, no it wasn’t your internet, because I and a fellow Zazzler whom I was communicating with also experienced slow loading of the thumbnail images and main images on many new and existing product pages. load times were in the order of 15-30 seconds. some product thumbnails failed to load completely.
for the most part, the situation seems to have corrected itself now.

I’m having the same problem when I list a new design. It started about 3-4 hours ago, but it’s intermittent.

I do not get any icon images when I use my preferred browser FIREFOX. (It has been this way for several months now - just checked - no icon images). However the browser I dislike (Microsoft Edge) shows the icons with no problem. So I use Edge only for Zazzle.
There was a small issue a few hours ago, but it should have cleared up (as some users here have noticed). If you’re still experiencing issues please let us know which images are missing, and on which page. Bonus points for screenshots and/or product links.

@Scott I get no images at all on main page, therefore, no links to product pages. This is a screenshot from FireFox, which works fine elsewhere.
had this issue yesterday where all I could view on Z home page and any product search were coming up as blank but colored boxes I sent an email to support but have had no response. I am having muktiple other site glkitches as well, this is not the only one!
added comment with screen shot and also emailed support…no response yet
Please clear your browser cache and cookies and see if that improves things.
@Scott I do that at least once a day, nothing changes. Happens on Chrome and Brave browser
@TRW Do you have any adblocker extensions installed on your browsers? Try turning it off and see if the images load
