images upload failed

I’ve been trying to upload images. I always get the same error message “upload failed”.  What should I do to be able to upload images?

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble uploading images, if this issue is still occurring, could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing when you attempt to upload and image and we can look into it for you?

I’m having the same issue. This happens when I try to upload an image to a sticker (also happening on other products):

This happens when I try to upload an image to my image folder:

Edit: It also seems to be happening with .jpeg files.

I had this happen on one of the 23 images I uploaded. To get around it, I renamed that one image to something short and random. Then once it was uploaded ok, I edited the name and changed it back. 

Perhaps this will also work for you
