inconsistency of the report in the collection

Hello, I would like to ask about the inconsistency in the reports found in the collection compared to the actual sales results. For example, if there are 3 sales in a month, the sales results in the collection are not recorded and remain nil.

Does anyone else experience the same thing as me?

Any advice?
